A large part of the decision was because of Ms. Paula Dale We explained to Paula Dale what we were looking for as far as a type of lifestyle we wanted to live in and the neighborhoods we were interested in. Paula took a chance and sent us a house in another neighborhood, very similar to what we were looking for.
